This page was a bit challenging. ^_^; It turned out really close to what I imagined (or what I remember about aquariums). I figured out a few new tricks with layers and filters too.
I took some liberties with the laws of physics by not showing reflections in panel 1. With this lighting, the glass would practically be a mirror from the inside. (From the outside, there would be basically no reflection.)

I know they’re not related but it’s pretty funny to see a moray eel juxtaposed with Eric’s bandaged hand.
I think that extent of injury is more likely to be done by the octopus. I’ve seen some nasty “sucker” marks on people. Eels do nasty stuff too, but it’s a deep bite or an amputated finger. Actually, most sea life is highly dangerous. Even playful dolphins are likely to kill you because they don’t realize humans can’t hold their breaths for ten minutes.
